Seeking Litter Collection Laborers

The hours are Tuesday-Friday, 6:30am - 5:00pm, but may be extended until task is complete.  

STEEL TOE SHOES REQUIRED, GLOVES, JEANS, TSHIRT (not offensive), DRESS FOR THE WEATHER

Some weekends and holidays may also be required.

$13.00/HR

Job Requirements for Litter Collection

The duties of the temporary labor personnel will include, but are not limited to:

• Temporary Labor Personnel will help in the collection of litter on the City/State Street Systems with the Right-of-Way.  Also with the maintenance/cleaning of trashcan, sidewalk, heribicide spraying, landscape maintenance, etc.
• Will be required to use shovels, rakes, brooms, backpack blowers, weed eaters, Billy Goat vacuums, other small hand & power tools. 
• The physical requirements of the job are standing, stooping, bending, kneeling, climbing, walking on uneven suraces, shoveling, and heavy lifting up to 50 lbs.
• This position requires work to be performed outside in all weather conditions!!!!!!!!!!!
• Must pass pre-employment criminal background check & drug test
