Order Entry and Customer Service - Alpharetta, GA

Axiom Staffing is hiring for an experienced Order Entry and Customer Service Associate in Alpharetta, GA. 

Shift and Pay:

• Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM
• Pay Rate: $22
• Contract to Hire

Essential Order Entry and Customer Service duties:

• Data entry with a high degree of accuracy and detailed competency a must, excellent math skills
• Maintain customer service inbox and respond quickly to customers via Outlook
• Ability to develop relationships with our customer base and support with sales related activities
• File all order documents 
• Interface with outside sales team to ensure customer requirements are followed up appropriately 
• Maintains a safe and clean work environment

Qualification Requirements:

• Previous Order Entry or 'Business to Business’ experience
• Strong Microsoft Office skills
• Willing to learn and be flexible to the demands of the day
• Ability to think and communicate critically is a key part of this job
• Excellent communication, organizational, time management and mathematical skills are important.
• Must be a motivated individual who works well independently as well as with the team
• Dependable and Reliable
• ERP experience a plus
