Manufacturing Operators

Axiom Staffing Group is currently hiring Manufacturing Operators for a reputable manufacturing company in Middletown, VA.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform filling, labeling, packaging, and/or ink jetting of products on automated production lines.

• Follow GMP, ISO 13485, and company SOPs to ensure product quality and compliance.

• Complete production documentation including product reconciliation, label reconciliation, labor sheets, torque checks, and fill checks.

• Clean and sanitize work areas, machines, glassware, and equipment as required.

• Operate and monitor production equipment; make necessary adjustments to maintain quality and efficiency.

• Communicate effectively with team members to complete tasks and projects on schedule.

• Report issues that may impact safety, quality, or productivity.

• Troubleshoot automated and technical equipment at a basic level.

• Adapt to a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities

• 1st shift, 5:00am-3:30pm, Monday-Friday, weekends and overtime required as needed

• 2nd shift, 3:30pm-2:00am, Monday-Friday, weekends and overtime required as needed

• 2nd shift, 3:00pm-11:30pm, Monday-Friday, weekends and overtime required as needed

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required

• Previous production/manufacturing experience require

• Previous forklift experience preferred but not required.

• Must be able to read, write, and communicate clearly in English.

• Ability to perform basic arithmetic, follow written and verbal instructions.

• Available to work overtime and weekends as needed.

• Steel-toes shoes required
