Manufacturing Plant Trainer

Axiom Staffing is recruiting for a 2nd shift Manufacturing Plant Trainer:

Key Tasks & Activities...

• Conduct hands-on training for new hires and existing Machine Operators on operating plastic bottle manufacturing equipment.

• Develop and update training materials, manuals, and standard operating procedures.

• Ensure that all personnel understand and comply with safety protocols and quality standards.

• Monitor and assess the progress of new hires and existing operators during the training period.

• Maintain accurate records of training sessions, and trainee performance.

• Provide feedback and support to new hires to help them improve their skills.

• Collaborate with the Training Manager and other departments to identify training needs and improve training programs.

• Other duties as management sees fit.

Who we are looking for...

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications are a plus.

• Proven experience in a manufacturing environment, with a strong understanding of equipment operation.

• Previous experience in a training or mentoring role is highly desirable.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.

• Bilingual skills are preferred but not required

• Weekly Pay - $25.20/hr
