Axiom Staffing is looking for a professional and personable Bilingual Customer Service Representative who can communicate fluently in Canadian French and English. This role is essential in supporting our French-speaking customers, ensuring their questions are answered and issues resolved with care and efficiency.
Job Title: Bilingual Customer Service Representative (French - Canadian)
Location: Alpharetta, GA
Pay: $18-19
Shift: 1st shift, 8am-5pm Monday-Friday
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in both French and English
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and maintain a positive and professional tone
- Draft clear, concise, and grammatically correct emails in French and English
- Handle customer issues related to product information, order status, and returns
- Accurately enter data and maintain customer records
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer concerns efficiently
- Maintain product knowledge and stay up to date with new releases and updates
Qualifications:
Fluency in Canadian French and English (written and verbal) is required
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Excellent verbal communication and writing skills
- Must be fluent in Microsoft Excel
- Strong typing skills and computer literacy (email platforms, CRM systems, etc.)
- High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
- Professional and courteous demeanor with strong problem-solving skills
- Experience in call or help centers is a plus!
