Customer Service Representative

Axiom Staffing is hiring a 1st Shift Customer Service Representative to join our client’s CSR team. Located in Westminster, MD.

Hours are M-F 7:30a-4p 

Key Responsibilities:

1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person.

2. Resolve complaints and issues efficiently and professionally.

3. Provide information about products, services, policies, and procedures

Qualifications:

1. High school diploma or equivalent required

2. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

3. Good communication and customer service skills

4. Comfortable with basic computer skills and Microsoft Excel
