Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and highly organized Onsite Employee Staffing Representative to oversee and support temporary employees at our client facility. This role is responsible for the daily management of temporary workforce operations including attendance tracking, employee coaching, injury investigations, onboarding tours, and assignment creation in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader with strong communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to delivering exceptional staffing service.
Key Responsibilities:
Daily Attendance Management:
Track and record daily attendance of temporary employees, promptly addressing call-outs, no-shows, and tardiness.Employee Coaching & Support:
Provide ongoing performance coaching and corrective feedback to temporary staff to ensure alignment with client expectations and workplace standards.Injury Reporting & Investigation:
Conduct immediate and thorough investigations of workplace injuries involving temporary employees, documenting findings and coordinating with safety personnel and HR.Facility Tours & Onboarding Support:
Lead new hire facility tours and provide orientation support to ensure a smooth transition into assignments.Assignment Creation in ATS:
Accurately create and manage job assignments in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring details such as job roles, shift schedules, and supervisor assignments are current and accurate.Client Relationship Management:
Serve as the primary onsite staffing liaison between the client and the staffing agency, addressing workforce issues and staffing needs in real-time.Reporting & Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of attendance, coaching, safety incidents, and assignment data for internal and client reporting purposes.Compliance & Best Practices:
Ensure compliance with company policies, client protocols, and all applicable labor laws and safety regulations.
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in staffing, human resources, or workforce management (onsite staffing experience strongly preferred).
Experience with ATS systems
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to problem-solve quickly and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Basic knowledge of OSHA standards and workplace safety practices.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Work Environment:
This is an onsite role based at a client facility (manufacturing/warehouse environment).
Must be comfortable walking the floor, conducting tours, and interacting with employees in a production setting.
May require flexibility in hours, including early mornings.
Ability to learn how to pick/pack to ensure proper coaching of employees and help out in down time.
