Axiom Staffing in Vinings, GA is hiring for an experienced Receiving Associate for a production facility located in ACWORTH, GA!
Shift: 1st (8a-4:30p, Monday-Friday)
Pay: $18.00/hr
Location: Acworth, GA
Job Type: Contract to hire
Job Requirements:
- Must be able to lift 50–75 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift
- Previous receiving experience required
- Previous inventory experience required
- At least 2 years experience on Sit-Down Forklift
- Attention to detail and strong safety awareness
- Mandatory overtime as needed
- Steel toe boots are required
- Basic math skills and ability to follow written/verbal instructions
Job duties:
- Receiving product into inventory systems accurately
- Identifying any discrepancies in inventory/receiving systems
- Manually handling and moving heavy metal materials in a warehouse setting
- Unloading materials safely
- Operating warehouse equipment including a sit down forklift
- Helping with staging materials for cutting, production, or inbound
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safety-compliant work area
