Inventory Management Specialist

Location: Kennesaw, GA
Pay: $24.00/hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

Position Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Inventory Management Specialist to oversee inventory control, support shipping and receiving operations, and maintain accurate inventory records. This role is critical to keeping our production and fulfillment processes running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update inventory records using Excel and inventory management systems
• Conduct regular cycle counts and inventory reconciliation
• Coordinate with shipping/receiving to ensure timely and accurate processing of goods
• Collaborate with production, fulfillment, and purchasing teams to align on inventory needs
• Monitor inventory levels and flag shortages or overstock situations
• Assist with data entry and reporting as required by the General Manager
• Follow company procedures and safety guidelines at all times

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with strong Excel skills (formulas, data entry, basic analysis)
• Basic math skills and attention to detail
• Prior experience with inventory, shipping, and receiving required
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• High school diploma or equivalent
