Axiom Staffing is seeking line leads at a local fulfillment center.


Two shifts available:

1st Shift 6:30am-3:30pm
2nd Shift 3:30pm-12:30am

$17.00-$17.50/hour


Position Summary:

The Fulfillment Center Line Lead is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the production line within the fulfillment center. This position ensures that all employees are properly trained, operations run smoothly, and performance goals are met. The Line Lead plays a crucial role in maintaining the efficiency, safety, and quality standards of the fulfillment process while supporting team members to achieve operational objectives.

Job Duties:

  • Supervise and guide a team of fulfillment associates, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to safety and quality standards.
  • Provide direction and training to new employees, ensuring they understand and follow proper procedures.
  • Foster a positive, team-oriented work environment through motivation, feedback, and performance management.
  • Oversee daily production schedules and ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
  • Monitor production lines to ensure they are running efficiently, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Enforce all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment.
  • Identify potential hazards and work with management to resolve any safety issues.

  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Basic knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and common fulfillment technologies.
  • Familiarity with safety protocols and best practices in a warehouse or fulfillment setting.
