Axiom Staffing Group is looking for a highly motivated and skilled Bilingual HR Administrative Assistant. If you’re detail-oriented, organized, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you!


Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming phone calls professionally
  • Follow up on calls and maintain communication with candidates
  • Contact candidates via phone, email, and text messaging
  • Assist applicants in the office with paperwork and inquiries
  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars daily
  • Conduct reference checks for potential hires
  • Process new hire documentation efficiently including data entry, scanning, and filing of documents
  • Assist with various projects and administrative tasks as assigned
  • Short term position
  • Monday-Friday 8a-5pm, $18/hr
  • 100% in office


Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience
  • Customer service experience is a plus
  • Prior Human Resources experience is a plus
  • Ability to manage multiple websites and systems simultaneously
  • Bilingual in Spanish is required
  • Ability to read/write in Spanish is a plus but not required
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work independently and stay on task with minimal supervision
  • Must be highly motivated and able to jump between tasks with ease
  • Excellent multitasking skills and the ability to take direction
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
