Axiom Staffing Group is looking for a highly motivated and skilled Bilingual HR Administrative Assistant. If you’re detail-oriented, organized, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming phone calls professionally
- Follow up on calls and maintain communication with candidates
- Contact candidates via phone, email, and text messaging
- Assist applicants in the office with paperwork and inquiries
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars daily
- Conduct reference checks for potential hires
- Process new hire documentation efficiently including data entry, scanning, and filing of documents
- Assist with various projects and administrative tasks as assigned
- Short term position
- Monday-Friday 8a-5pm, $18/hr
- 100% in office
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience
- Customer service experience is a plus
- Prior Human Resources experience is a plus
- Ability to manage multiple websites and systems simultaneously
- Bilingual in Spanish is required
- Ability to read/write in Spanish is a plus but not required
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently and stay on task with minimal supervision
- Must be highly motivated and able to jump between tasks with ease
- Excellent multitasking skills and the ability to take direction
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
