Forklift Operator

Axiom Staffing is seeking motivated and reliable candidates for a 1st shift forklift position available for a local logistics company to the Hanover, PA area. This company has sit down forklift, clamp truck, and high reach lifts and requires experience.

Summary:  

Operates the equipped industrial forklift to move materials in the warehouse and to load and unload truck trailers or shipping containers by performing the following duties.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manually moves and operates forklift to load, unload, move or stack products in a safe manner between unloading, staging, loading, and storage areas.
• Organizes and secures stored materials such as bales, super sacks, boxes, pallets.
• Responsible for operating forklift in accordance with training guidelines and performing daily operator inspection as per OSHA guidelines.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
