Axiom is seeking a Call Center Manager for a well established company in Winchester, VA. Do you have a call center background and the drive to learn and thrive in a new industry? Apply now!

Job Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Manage employee schedules

  • Training and supporting employees

  • Monitoring employee performance

  • Manage inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
  • Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research the issues and provide solutions and/or alternatives
  • Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by going above and beyond to provide satisfaction

  • Leave notes highlighting key points of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way

  • Help to meet personal and team target goals

  • Monday-Friday, 8am-4pm/9am-5pm $19-$23/hr

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Previous experience in a customer support role

  • Managerial experience required

  • Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening

  • Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types

  • Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and manage time effectively

  • High school degree or equivalent
