Axiom is seeking a part-time Office/Bookkeeping Support person to assist in all areas for a local tech company. Job duties include but are not limited to the following:
Support the Director of Operations
Assist in processes of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
Assist with monthly collection process
Process contracts
Obtain client deposits
Review technician work orders
Generate invoices
Other Accounting, Administrative, Department duties as assigned
Answers inbound calls
Mon-Fri, 8am-1pm
$16/hr

Requirements for consideration for the Bookkeeper and Office Administrative Support position include, but are not limited to the following:
Office administrative and/or Office Support experience
Minimum of a high school diploma or GED required
Willing and Able to learn accounting procedures and Quickbooks
Strong technological and computer skills
Friendly, professional, positive attitude
Multi-tasker, able to work independently and as part of a team
Follows directions, flexible
