Job Title: IT Manager - ATM/ITM Environment Reports to: VP of Operations Responsibilities: Strategic Management: Work under the direction of the VP of Operations to strategically manage and expand ATM/ITM environment. Enhance the reliability and availability of ATM/ITM services to provide seamless transactions for membership. Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and best practices related to ATM/ITM services. Suggest changes and enhancements to improve ATM/ITM environment. Metrics Development: Develop and create metrics to evaluate the costs and benefits of the monitored ATM/ITM environment. Analyze performance data to make informed recommendations for improvements and optimizations. Deployment and Administration: Assist in the deployment, troubleshooting, administration, and regular updates of ATM/ITM footprint. Ensure all ATMs/ITMs are functioning optimally and address any technical issues promptly. Compliance and Security: Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards for ATM/ITM operations. Implement and monitor security measures to safeguard transactions and customer data. Financial Management: Work closely with the VP of Operations to manage the budget for the ATM/ITM environment. Optimize costs while maintaining a high level of service quality. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Experience: Extensive experience in IT roles, with a focus on managing ATM/ITM environments. Proven track record of successful vendor management. Technical Skills: Proficiency in ATM/ITM systems, networks, and infrastructure. Knowledge of financial transaction security and compliance. Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Analytical Thinking: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to use data and metrics to drive decision-making.
