local trucking company is seeking a billing specialist! Responsible for accurate and timely billing, including the completion of daily edits. This role operates in a fast-paced, high-touch environment requiring strong communication skills and attention to detail. Major Responsibilities: Perform data entry and billing functions in accordance with daily and weekly closing schedules. Process driver reports, run daily edits, and distribute invoices. Collaborate with terminals to ensure all billing is completed in a timely manner. Address and resolve billing inquiries or complaints from internal and external stakeholders via phone, fax, or email, ensuring timely responses. Assist with additional tasks as assigned. Job Requirements: High school diploma or GED required. Strong oral and written communication skills for both internal and external interactions. Proficiency in computer applications and excellent communication skills. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strong time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks for maximum efficiency. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $15.00 per hour
