Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and insurance products to provide accurate information and advice. Build and maintain relationships with carriers to negotiate competitive terms for clients. Handle inquiries, resolve issues, and provide timely follow-up to ensure client satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and policy details using the company’s CRM or database system. Qualifications: Active Property and Casualty Insurance License required. Proven experience in property and casualty insurance sales or customer service. Strong knowledge of insurance products, underwriting processes, and industry regulations. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities. Proficiency in using insurance software and CRM tools.
