Now Hiring: Inventory Specialist
Location: Minnetonka, MN
Shift: 7:00 am – 3:00 pm, Monday - Friday
Pay: $22.00/hr
Employment Type: Full-time, trial to hire!
About this Opportunity:
The Inventory Specialist will ensure smooth operations by collaborating across departments and proactively addressing inventory and material needs
What You’ll Be Doing:

Lead the monthly cycle count program, maintaining and distributing accurate inventory sheets.

Reconcile inventory discrepancies in the ERP system (Acumatica) and report findings to the Materials Manager.

Forecast material needs for production and collaborate with Production Team leads.

Monitor material availability for production orders and perform hands-on physical tasks

Proactively manage inventory levels to avoid shortages and notify Customer Service of material constraints.
What makes you a great fit:

A minimum of 1 year of experience in inventory control or warehouse operations

Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and ERP systems (Acumatica experience is a plus)

Prior forklift experience is preferred, but not required

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Reliable with strong work ethic
