Now Hiring: Accounting Specialist

Location: St. Michael, Mn

Shift: Monday – Friday , 1st shift

Pay: $21.50 - 24.00 DOQ per hour, paid weekly

Employment Type: Full Time, Trial to hire!

What You'll Be Doing:

• Process incoming receipts, invoices, verify accuracy and process payments

• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to resolve A/P challenges Accounting

• Coordinate with Sales, Production teams and customers to ensure seamless order processing and delivery

• Maintain accurate accounting records and files

• Assist in month-end close process

• Proficient with computer systems and Microsoft Excel

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
