Location: Coon Rapids, MN
Shift: Monday – Thursday, 5:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Pay: $20–$26/hr DOE
Employment Type: Full-time, Trial to Hire!

Our client is seeking skilled Fabricators to join their production team. In this role, you’ll create accurate, high-quality parts that keep operations running smoothly. What You’ll Be Doing:

• Provide welders with accurately fabricated parts for production
• Fabricate parts using plate rolls, press brakes, iron workers, shears, and other fabrication equipment
• Inspect work for accuracy and ensure adherence to specifications
• Monitor inventory of raw steel stock
• Operate forklifts, overhead cranes, trailers, and other equipment as required

What Makes You a Great Fit:

• 3+ years of experience using fabrication equipment for forming steel
• Proficiency in reading blueprints and using precision measuring tools
• Experience with drills, shears, and equipment setup

• Must have your own welding helmet and gear
• Strong math aptitude and ability to maintain/verifiy parameters
• Skilled in performing quality checks and meeting production deadlines
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work at a fast pace
