Now Hiring: Claims Coordinator

Location: Ramsey, MN

Shift: 8:00am – 4:30pm, Monday - Friday

Pay: $18.00-$24.00/hr

Employment Type: Full time, trial to hire!

About this Opportunity:
Atlas Staffing has partnered with a local 24 Hour Restoration Company seeking a semi-skilled Claims Coordinator to write estimates, enter data, and work with insurance companies and adjusters to get estimates approves. You’ll play a key role in supporting homeowners and ensuring smooth claim processing.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Create and submit estimate using Xactimate

• Communicate with customers and insurance adjusters

• Follow up with insurance providers to move claims forward

• Keep detailed records of calls and communications

• Ensure estimates are completed and approved in a timely manner

• Problem-solve and make decisions on complex claims

• Ability to write 3+ estimates daily

• Strong typing skills (60-70 wpm)

• Organized, dependable, and detail- orientated

• Strong written and verbal communication

• Tech- savvy and eager to learn new systems

• Goal- driven, fast-thinking and able to multitask
