Now Hiring: Maintenance Technician
Location: Spring Lake Park, MN
Shift: Monday – Thursday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM; Friday, 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Pay: $25.00/hr
Employment Type: Full time, trial to hire!
About this Opportunity:
We’re looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician to join a manufacturing team in Spring Lake Park. In this role, you'll perform preventative maintenance and mechanical repairs on rotational molding machines, support equipment, and general facility systems. This is a hands-on position offering long-term potential with a stable and supportive company.
What You’ll Be Doing:
• Conducting preventative maintenance on machinery (cleaning, lubricating parts, etc.)
• Diagnosing mechanical and electrical issues using inspection, sound, and test equipment
• Installing and maintaining new machinery and equipment
• Keeping accurate maintenance records and documenting new procedures
• Assisting other departments as needed
Performing general facility maintenance (e.g., plumbing, electrical, carpentry, snow removal)
What Makes You a Great Fit:
• High school diploma or GED
• 3–5 years of facilities maintenance experience preferred
• Knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, electrical, plumbing, welding, and HVAC
• Ability to read blueprints and use precision tools
• Strong troubleshooting and mechanical skills
• Familiarity with OSHA safety standards
• Willingness to respond to emergency maintenance needs outside regular hours
