Location: Plymouth, MN
Pay: $20.00 per hour, paid weekly!
Shift: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm
Employment Type: Full time, Trial to Hire
About this Opportunity:
We're hiring a full-time Shipping and Receiving Associate for a family owned and operated warehouse facility in Plymouth, MN.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Receive incoming orders from customer trucks, UPS, company trucks, common carriers.
Arrange for shipping of all outbound orders.
Data entry for customer POs/shipping documents.
Create ID tags and process sheets for each order and attach to each lot.
Create shipping documents for each order in preparation for shipment.
Notify customers via phone or email when orders are ready.
Communicate with customers if proper paperwork is missing, follow up if needed.
Once orders are shipped, create invoices and send/email to customers.
Prep outgoing materials for shipping including banding, shrink wrapping, etc.
What makes you a great fit:
At least 1 year of experience operating a forklift and experience within shipping/receiving.
