Pay Rate/Range: $29-$37/hr. DOE
Description: Local company is seeking an experienced CNC Programmer skilled in CNC lathe and mill operations. This role involves creating and optimizing CNC programs using FeatureCAM and Autodesk Inventor to ensure efficient, accurate production of precision components. The candidate in this role must be able to interpret engineering drawings, select proper tooling and materials, and collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve processes and maintain high-quality standards.
Job Requirements: The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma (an associate degree or technical certification in machining or manufacturing is preferred) and strong proficiency in Autodesk Inventor and FeatureCAM. Candidates should be skilled at reading complex blueprints and GD&T, using precision measuring tools, and demonstrating strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Experience with Autodesk Vault, automation in FeatureCAM, multi-axis machining, and lean manufacturing practices is a plus.

Shift/Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:00am-2:30pm
