Pay Rate/Range: $23-28/hr DOE

Description:  A leading local aerospace company is seeking a Buyer to manage pricing, purchasing, and inventory of materials, tools, equipment, and supplies. Responsibilities include placing and tracking MRO and supply orders, ensuring timely deliveries, stocking inventory, and preparing shipping documentation and invoices. The role requires strong Excel skills—specifically with pivot tables and VLOOKUP—to analyze and merge data from the MRP system for informed purchasing decisions. The Buyer will also collaborate with cross-functional teams and maintain accurate procurement records.

Job Requirements:  Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel—specifically with pivot tables and VLOOKUP. Familiarity with M2M or similar manufacturing software and MRP systems is essential. Experience in MRO purchasing and general supply ordering is strongly preferred. Successful candidates will be self-motivated, able to work independently, manage their workload efficiently, and consistently meet critical deadlines.

Job Type:  Contract-to-hire

Shift/Schedule:  Monday-Friday, 7:00am-3:30pm
