Painter

Pay Rate/Range:  $16.45/hr + DOE

Description:  Will spray negatively charged powder paint particles onto positively charged products.  Will select paints as needed for proper color and pour into hopper, move switches and dials to start the flow and turn valves and observe gauges to set pressure and control the flow of paint.  Inspect painted units for runs, sags and unpainted areas and correct flaws and record information.  Will clean paint from surrounding area, troubleshoot issues and fix painting equipment.  Perform other duties, including Assembler II duties as assigned. 

Job Requirements:  Must be able to read and understand blueprints, use measuring devices such as a tape measure, in both inches and millimeters.  Must be able to read and follow instruction and have basic math skills. Will lift or move up to 50lbs regularly, 100lbs frequently and over 100lbs occasionally. 

Job Type:  Contract-to-Hire

Shift/Schedule:  Monday-Friday, 6:30am-3:00pm
