Pay Rate/Range: $22-23.50/hr
Description: Local aerospace facility is looking to add an experienced composite mechanic to complete structural and sheet metal assemblies in accordance with blueprints, process specifications, and planning requirements. This role involves performing close-tolerance drilling, fitting, and installation of fasteners, bushings, and bearings on composite and metallic components. The Assembler will ensure all work meets quality and safety standards while maintaining precision, cleanliness, and attention to detail. Responsibilities also include applying sealants, verifying tooling and part accuracy, inspecting completed work, and maintaining clear communication with team members and supervisors to ensure efficient production flow.
Job Requirements: High school diploma or GED with basic blueprint reading skills. Minimum 1 year of experience in rivet, sheet metal, or composite assembly preferred. Must be skilled in close-tolerance drilling, sealing, and precision measurement, with strong attention to detail and ability to follow process specs. Must be able to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform repetitive hand and arm tasks in a fast-paced production environment.

Shift/Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00am-3:30pm
