Pay Rate/Range: $20-25/hr
Description: Now hiring an experienced Maintenance Technician for a local metal processing and finishing company. This position is responsible for performing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on production equipment, machinery, and facility systems. Duties included inspecting and maintaining mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems; repairing conveyors, motors, pumps, and other equipment: performing general building maintenance such as carpentry, painting, and basic electrical work; and supporting safe and efficient facility operations. Candidates should have strong problem-solving skills and a hands-on approach to equipment upkeep.
Job Requirements: Must have previous maintenance experience. Candidates should be mechanically inclined, able to use basic hand and power tools, and capable of lifting up to 75lbs. Reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or with a team are essential.
Job Type: Contract-to-Hire
Shift/Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00am-3:30pm
