Pay Rate/Range: $15/hr
Description: The Screen Print Associate is responsible for operating print presses and ensuring high-quality output in accordance with client specifications. Key responsibilities include reviewing job requests, mixing colors, configuring and aligning machinery, inspecting production samples, and maintaining necessary supplies. The Screen Print Associate role also involves troubleshooting and performing basic repairs and routine maintenance on equipment.
Job Requirements: The position requires strong verbal communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills, along with the ability to follow instructions and demonstrate excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Candidates should be capable of operating, or quickly learning to operate, various printing machines. A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Must be able to operate printing equipment, frequently bend or kneel, and lift up to 25 pounds.
Shift/Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm
