Pay Rate/Range: $15/hr

Description:  Assist with daily operations at the grain elevator during harvest season. Responsibilities include unloading grain trucks, operating equipment, cleaning facilities, monitoring grain quality, and maintaining a safe work environment. Must be reliable, able to work extended hours, and follow safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

Unload and weigh grain trucks

Operate grain-handling equipment (conveyors, dryers, augers)

Clean and maintain work areas

Sample and test grain for moisture and quality

Assist with general maintenance as needed

Job Requirements: 

High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and work in outdoor conditions

Willingness to work long hours, weekends, and holidays during harvest

Basic mechanical aptitude and attention to safety

Previous experience in agriculture or grain handling is a plus

Job Type:  Temporary

Shift/Schedule:  Monday-Friday, 8:00am-6:00pm, Saturdays as needed.
