Pay Rate/Range: $17-20/hr

Description:  Aerospace facility in Wellington, KS is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to support the upkeep, troubleshooting, and repair of industrial machinery and production equipment. This role ensures equipment operates at optimal performance to support manufacturing operations.

Job Requirements: 

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on CNC machines, lathes, mills, and other manufacturing equipment.

• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues and perform necessary repairs.

• Document maintenance activities and maintain accurate service records.

• Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime and support continuous improvement efforts.

• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required; technical certification preferred.

• 3+ years of experience in machine maintenance within a manufacturing environment.

• Proficiency in reading mechanical/electrical schematics and manuals.

• Strong problem-solving skills and knowledge of safety protocols.

Job Type:  Temp-to-Hire

Shift/Schedule:  Monday-Friday, 7:00am-3:30pm
