Pay Rate/Range: $13-17/hr

Description:  A leading manufacturer of industrial boilers and pressure vessels, is seeking motivated and reliable Entry-Level Assembly Workers to join our production team. This position is ideal for individuals interested in manufacturing who are eager to learn and grow in a hands-on environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assemble boiler components using hand and power tools

Read and follow basic blueprints or work instructions

Perform quality checks on finished products

Maintain a clean and organized work area

Assist welders, machinists, and skilled tradespeople as needed

Adhere to all safety guidelines and company procedures

Job Requirements: 

High school diploma or GED preferred

Previous experience in manufacturing or mechanical assembly is a plus, but not required

Ability to use hand tools and follow verbal/written instructions

Strong attention to detail and safety awareness

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods

Willingness to learn and take direction from supervisors

Job Type:  Temp-to-Hire

Shift/Schedule:  Monday-Friday, 7:00am-3:30pm
