Pay Rate/Range: $25/hr
Description: Seeking a skilled Maintenance Lead for a local manufacturing facility. The Maintenance Lead performs hands-on maintenance and repairs on production equipment, including programming PLCs (Allen Bradley or Automation Direct), and ensuring proper tool upkeep to minimize downtime. The Maintenance Lead must maintain accurate records, follow preventive maintenance schedules in MaintainX, and comply with OSHA, EPA, and KDHE regulations. Responsibilities also include facility upkeep, safety committee participation, and supporting quality and efficiency improvements.
Job Requirements: This position requires 5–10 years of maintenance experience and strong knowledge of equipment used in extrusion, printing, CNC cutting, and facility systems. Candidates must be skilled in using a variety of tools, welding, electrical wiring, PLC programming, hydraulics, pneumatics, and plumbing systems, with the ability to read schematics and troubleshoot independently. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and maintenance software is expected, along with a solid understanding of OSHA and EPA regulations. A high school diploma or GED is required, and the role involves physical labor in a dynamic industrial environment with varying temperatures and noise levels.

Shift/Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:00am-3:30pm
