Payroll Specialist - Ponca City, OK!

Pay Rate/Range: $20-25/hr, 10% Annual Bonus

Description:  Large manufacturing facility is seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to handle payroll processing for hourly and salaried employees. This role ensures employees are paid accurately and on time while staying compliant with payroll laws and company policies.

Responsibilities:

Process weekly/bi-weekly payroll

Maintain employee payroll records

Handle deductions, taxes, and garnishments

Answer employee payroll questions

Support HR with onboarding and timekeeping

Job Requirements: 

2+ years of payroll experience

Familiar with payroll systems (e.g., ADP, Kronos)

Strong attention to detail

Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus

Job Type:  Direct Hire

Shift/Schedule:  Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm
