Pay Rate/Range: $15.00/hr
Description: Will obtain all necessary information, including insurance eligibility verification and signatures from patients before admission to facility and distribute necessary paperwork to the appropriate staff/departments. Will transport patients as needed to correct location as needed. Collect co pays, co-ins and deductible amounts per insurance eligibility program and contracts. Will take patient payments on accounts and complete daily deposits.
Job Requirements: Must have excellent communication and customer service skills, basic clerical and computer skills.

Shift/Schedule: Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday, 6:00pm to 4:00am
