Pay Rate/Range: $21/hr
Description: A local manufacturer of architectural building products is seeking a skilled Epoxy Production Lead! The Production Lead position plans, coordinates and inspects work in the production area and ensures that work is completed according to quality standards. In the epoxy department, the Production Lead will verify extrusions are the correct length, type and finish per production work orders, mix epoxy with the correct colors and additives, and verify cleanliness, overall appearance and quality of completed work orders. This role also trains and mentors team members and works in cooperation with the Production Supervisor and staff.
Job Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent required. 3+ years of experience working in a related role.
Job Type: Contract to Hire
Shift/Schedule: Mon-Thurs, 6am-4:30pm
