Pay Rate/Range: $19/hr + 4% increase after completing the 60 day introductory period
Description: Duties include running a Flexi-Star machine, used for compact tube production by combining multiroller and laser welding equipment. The machine allows the alternating production of different diameters of chimney flues. A good candidate for this position would be someone with experience working on equipment, experience welding, maintenance skills, understands moving parts, previous machine operation skills, and the ability to troubleshoot machines.
Job Requirements: High school diploma or GED
Ability to work in a manufacturing atmosphere safely and following safety practices and regulations
Mechanical skills
Ability to read a tape measure in fractions
Ability to read/learn to read a pi tape and use various small hands tools
Attention to detail and quality
Job Type: Direct Hire
Shift/Schedule: Mon-Fri, 5am-1:30pm. OT as required on weekdays or weekends.
