Pay Rate/Range: $18-$19/hr
Description: Responsible for providing first line support for PC related problems by answering questions or resolving computer related problems in person or over the phone. Will install new hardware and software. Will review, monitor and do upgrades on existing systems.
Job Requirements: Must have great customer service skills, previous experience with Microsoft Operating Systems, MS Office, DameWare, and Helpdesk ticketing software.
Job Type: Contract 3 months +
Shift/Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm
