Operations Process Specialist

Pay Rate/Range: $50,000/yr.

Description:  This position will involve monitoring, inspecting, and refining production related processes, equipment, records, and incidents in accordance with defined operations protocols. Daily duties will include reviewing production records to verify consistency and accuracy and identify process abnormalties. Training new employees to ensure that they adhere to standard operating procedures will also be required.

Job Requirements:  Previous manufacturing operations, project management, or quality management experience is required. 6 Sigma, Lean Manufacturing or related experience is also required. Facility engineering and/or computer system controls experience, as well as manufacturing and root-cause analysis experience. Candidates must also display proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint, along with strong written and oral communication.

Job Type:  Direct Hire

Shift/Schedule:  Monday-Friday, 7am-4:30pm
