Security Technician

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Commercial Security System Technician to join our client's team in Johnson County.

In this role, you will be responsible for installing, servicing, and maintaining security systems for our commercial clients. Your ability to provide excellent customer service, manage equipment inventory, and maintain accurate records will be crucial. This is a full-time position that requires a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently in the field.

Job Responsibilities

• Maintain a professional appearance and attitude.

• Demonstrate strong communication skills.

• Install and service security systems.

• Train customers on the proper use of their security systems.

• Manage equipment inventory.

• Complete necessary paperwork, reports, and electronic forms.

• Update customer account records.

• Maintain regular and effective communication with your supervisor.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of work experience demonstrating a strong work ethic.

• Prior experience in providing commercial security services.

• Valid driver’s license with no more than 2 points on the driving record.

• Reliable transportation with proof of insurance.

• Ability to provide own transportation to and from job sites.

• Previous technical, repair, and/or installation service experience.

• Complete basic tool set.

• Smartphone.
