We’re looking for a skilled Electronics Technician II to join our client's team in Johnson County! In this hands-on role, you’ll test, troubleshoot, and repair FWA electronic components used in the communications industry, helping us meet high-quality standards and production goals.
What You’ll Be Doing:

Test and verify the functionality and performance of electronic systems

Troubleshoot and repair circuit boards down to the component level

Perform configuration updates and fault management tasks

Replace components using through-hole and surface-mount soldering techniques
-
Accurately log and consume repair parts from inventory
-
Work alongside engineers and senior technicians to support ongoing development and improvements

Cross-train in other clean and screen operations as needed

Maintain high standards for product quality and on-time performance
What You Bring to the Team:
-
Associate degree in Electronics, technical certification, or equivalent hands-on experience

Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar electronics repair/testing role (OR 5+ years without a degree/certification)

Strong understanding of electronic circuitry and board-level repair (including multi-layer boards)

Proficiency in using lab equipment and soldering tools

Solid communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and quality

Ability to work independently and in a team, managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Work Environment & Physical Requirements:

Must be able to lift and move moderately heavy objects (20–50 lbs)

Frequent standing, walking, lifting, bending, squatting, reaching, and pushing/pulling

Ability to sit or stand for long periods (role dependent)

Must be able to access and use computers and related systems
