AppleTree Staffing is seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Front Desk Admin to manage our front desk operations for our veterinary client in Franklin. As the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and staff, you will play a key role in ensuring efficient and positive interactions with the company. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, multi-task ability, and a positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a warm, welcoming reception area for clients and their pets.

  • Greet and assist clients with questions, concerns, and appointment scheduling.

  • Efficiently answer phone calls and emails, directing inquiries to the appropriate team member.

  • Schedule appointments to optimize the hospital’s daily flow and operations.

  • Handle client check-ins, check-outs, and process payments with accuracy.

  • Provide emotional support to clients during sensitive situations with compassion and discretion.

  • Comfortably handle exposure to various odors, noises, and medical outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience as a receptionist (veterinary experience preferred).

  • Compassionate, calm, and capable of multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent communication skills and a strong team player.

  • Organized and computer-savvy.

  • A self-starter with a desire to continually grow and advance.
