We've partnered with a client in Bartholomew County in their search for a Maintenance Technician.

As a Maintenance Technician, you'll be responsible for conducting general repairs, preventive maintenance, and installations on both production and facility equipment. Plus, you'll enjoy a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Exposure to PLC and high-voltage systems, with experience performing maintenance on conveyor systems

  • Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair facility and production equipment for a safe and productive work environment.

  • Make repairs and improvements to equipment in the production process to ensure product quality and promote continuous improvement.

  • Disassemble mechanical equipment and tools, repair or replace worn or broken parts, and reassemble.

  • Inspect completed repairs.

  • Prioritize and schedule maintenance work around production activities to achieve both production and maintenance goals and deadlines.

  • Maintain the maintenance shop's cleanliness and orderliness.

  • Must strictly adhere to safety requirements.

  • Maintain regular and punctual attendance.

  • Must maintain company quality

REQUIREMENTS:

  • High school diploma or GED required.

  • Basic computer entry/retrieval skills are required.

  • Ability to read and interpret machine manuals/schematics, electrical blueprints/schematics, and process control diagrams.

  • Experience troubleshooting PLC and/or conveyor systems in an industrial environment.

  • Experience working independently and with minimal supervision.

JOB TYPE: FULL TIME
SHIFT: 3rd (four 10-hour shifts from Sunday to Wednesday)
