As a Coating Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining coating machinery to ensure the accurate and efficient application of coatings on various products. Your primary focus will be on producing high-quality coatings while following safety protocols and adhering to production schedules. This role requires a mechanical background, excellent time management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Responsibilities:

Set up and operate coating machinery according to established procedures and guidelines

Load and unload products onto the coating machine, ensuring proper alignment and positioning

Monitor machine operations to ensure coatings are applied accurately and uniformly

Adjust machine settings and parameters to achieve desired coating thickness and quality

Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of the coating machine to ensure optimal performance

Troubleshoot and resolve any operational issues or equipment malfunctions

Follow safety protocols and use personal protective equipment (PPE) when handling solvents and chemicals

Maintain accurate production records, including material usage, coating specifications, and quality control data

Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth production flow and meet production targets

Communicate effectively with supervisors, coworkers, and clients to ensure customer satisfaction

Cross-train and learn multiple facets of the business to support operational flexibility and growth opportunities
Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent

Proven experience as a machine operator in a manufacturing or production environment

Mechanical background and understanding of machine operations

Excellent time management and organizational skills
