We’re looking for an experienced and driven Service Manager in Indianapolis to lead our client's service department, ensure efficient day-to-day operations, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage Service Coordinators and Technicians, setting clear expectations and ensuring accountability.

Drive alignment with departmental goals, KPIs, and budget targets.

Improve efficiency through best practices and continuous process enhancements.

Monitor team performance and maintain high standards of internal and external customer service.

Foster a collaborative, high-energy team culture through regular communication and meetings.

Respond to customer issues and complaints with professionalism and a solutions-first mindset.

Serve as a liaison between service, sales, delivery, and administrative teams to ensure smooth operations.

Inspire your team to achieve both departmental and individual goals.
Supervisory Duties:

Oversee hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluation of service staff.

Ensure compliance with company policies and promote a culture of accountability and growth.

Recommend and implement disciplinary actions when necessary.
Qualifications:
-
High school diploma or GED required
-
Associate’s, Bachelor’s, or Technical degree preferred
-
2–4 years of experience in a leadership or management role

Strong background in customer service and/or operations
