We’re looking for an experienced and driven Service Manager in Indianapolis to lead our client's service department, ensure efficient day-to-day operations, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage Service Coordinators and Technicians, setting clear expectations and ensuring accountability.

  • Drive alignment with departmental goals, KPIs, and budget targets.

  • Improve efficiency through best practices and continuous process enhancements.

  • Monitor team performance and maintain high standards of internal and external customer service.

  • Foster a collaborative, high-energy team culture through regular communication and meetings.

  • Respond to customer issues and complaints with professionalism and a solutions-first mindset.

  • Serve as a liaison between service, sales, delivery, and administrative teams to ensure smooth operations.

  • Inspire your team to achieve both departmental and individual goals.

Supervisory Duties:

  • Oversee hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluation of service staff.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and promote a culture of accountability and growth.

  • Recommend and implement disciplinary actions when necessary.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED required

  • Associate’s, Bachelor’s, or Technical degree preferred

  • 2–4 years of experience in a leadership or management role

  • Strong background in customer service and/or operations
