Responsibilities & Requirements:

• Age Requirement: 18+

• Education: High school diploma required

• Screening: Must pass a drug test, background check (fingerprints), and physical w/TB test

• Childcare Duties: Provide attentive care to children of various ages with patience and flexibility

• Parent Communication: Keep parents informed about their child's progress and daily activities

• Organization: Follow lesson plans, multitask, and maintain an organized learning environment

• Cleaning Duties: Help maintain a clean and safe space for children

• Professionalism: Establish healthy boundaries while demonstrating care and support

• Licenses: Need to have a state teaching license
