CNC Application Engineer

AppleTree Staffing is looking for a CNC Application Engineer for a client that has been in business for over 30 years. This client prides itself on fostering team unity and employee success while maintaining an organized work environment.

The Applications Engineer will drive success by improving customer satisfaction, maximizing client retention, and increasing profitability.

Responsibilities

• Develop applications that effectively accomplish client objectives and user needs

• Design and write code for CNC applications

• Remodel and adapt applications as needed to optimize performance

• Maintain customer satisfaction by using creativity and ingenuity to investigate complaints, identify resolutions, suggest enhanced operating techniques, and recommend system improvements.

• Test applications extensively to ensure they are error and bug free

• Act as a technical adviser to all departments

• Determine project constraints including the estimated time and costs

• Customize specialized applications according to client needs

Requirements

• Technical degree preferred or 3-5 year’s minimum experience with CNC program

• CNC Lathe Application Programming Experience

• Tooling and Work-holding experience

• Successful experience identifying and implementing process improvements in machining technology

Pay Rate: $55k-$70k/year
