Key Responsibilities

Digital Scan Analysis: Expertly evaluate and assess digital scans of patients' teeth to identify alignment requirements.

Treatment Planning: Collaborate seamlessly with orthodontists, utilizing specialized software to devise comprehensive treatment plans.

Aligner Design: Precision in designing clear aligners tailored to each patient's unique specifications while adhering to rigorous quality standards.

3D Printing and Manufacturing: Leverage cutting-edge 3D printing technology and manufacturing equipment to produce aligners accurately.

Quality Control: Conduct meticulous quality checks on finished aligners, ensuring strict adherence to established criteria.

Collaboration: Engage in close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including orthodontists and digital design experts, to optimize treatment plans and aligner production.

Documentation: Maintain meticulous records, documenting cases, treatments, and production processes with attention to detail.
