Forklift Operator

AppleTree Staffing is seeking qualified applicants for our client’s Forklift/Tugger position in the Mount Comfort area.

Responsibilities:

• Operate forklift/tugger to transport materials, goods, and products within the facility.

• Ensure the safe and efficient movement of items on conveyor belts and other automated systems.

• Monitor equipment performance and address any issues or malfunctions promptly.

• Collaborate with warehouse and production teams to prioritize and coordinate material flow.

• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization around conveyance areas.

• Report any maintenance or repair needs to the appropriate personnel.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Proven experience operating conveyance systems or similar equipment.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

• Good physical condition, as the role may involve standing and lifting.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Willingness to work flexible hours based on production demands.

• Familiarity with safety regulations and procedures in a warehouse setting.
