Description for SALES MANAGER - B2B MITIGATION & RESTORATION:

-Develop and execute B2B sales strategies to grow market share and revenue

-Recruit, coach, and mentor a team of sales representatives

-Set sales goals, monitor KPIs, and drive team performance

-Build and maintain strong relationships with insurance agents, property managers, and contractors

-Represent the company at trade shows, networking events, and industry functions

-Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align sales efforts

-Analyze sales data and adjust strategies to meet targets

-Utilize CRM tools to manage leads, pipeline, and reporting

 

Requirements for SALES MANAGER - B2B MITIGATION & RESTORATION:

-3–5+ years of experience in B2B sales and team management (restoration/mitigation/construction preferred)

-Strong leadership and communication skills

-Ability to build lasting client relationships and drive revenue

-Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems

-Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally

-Be able to work in a fast paced environment


Details for SALES MANAGER - B2B MITIGATION & RESTORATION:

-Salary Range- $120,000-$250,000

-Competitive base salary + performance-based commissions

-Company vehicle provided
